  • Licensed trades only — We do not use unlicensed labour. Every plumber, electrician, and tiler on an Axena site is licensed, insured, and accountable.
  • Real sequencing — Trades arrive in the right order at the right time. Waterproofing is inspected before tiling begins. Electrical rough-in is done before walls close. We do not skip steps because they are inconvenient.
  • Clean sites — We clean up at the end of every working day. Your home is a worksite during a renovation, but it does not have to be chaos.
